Missing pages or elements when downloading
Updated over 8 months ago

After crafting a detailed design in Ellty, it can be concerning if certain pages or elements are missing when you download the final version. This issue can arise due to various reasons, but most can be addressed with simple solutions.

Here's what you can do:

Check Your Design on Ellty

Before troubleshooting the download, go back to your design in Ellty and ensure all elements and pages appear as they should.

Download as PDF

If you initially downloaded your design in another format, try downloading it as a PDF. This format is reliable and often resolves issues related to missing elements or pages.

Note: Downloading presentations in PDF (all pages) format is available with the Ellty Pro plan. Please ensure your account has the required status.

Clear Your Browser Cache

A stored cache in your browser can sometimes interfere with the downloading process. Clearing your browser's cache might help in resolving these issues. Remember to save any unsaved work in other tabs before doing this.

Use a Different Browser

Different browsers can produce different results. If you're experiencing issues with one browser, try downloading your design using another browser to see if that resolves the problem.

Check for Overlaying Elements

In your design, ensure that no elements are unintentionally overlaying or covering other elements. This can sometimes cause certain elements to be hidden during the download.

Remember, while technology can sometimes be unpredictable, there's almost always a solution. Following these steps will help ensure your designs are downloaded in their entirety, preserving all your hard work.
