Ellty Pro Subscription

The primary reason users encounter a charge from Ellty is due to the Ellty Pro subscription. Subscribing to Ellty Pro means you're opting for a more enriched design experience with advanced features and tools. This subscription, whether you've chosen the monthly or annual option, is set to renew automatically to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to our premium offerings.

Multiple Accounts

With the myriad of digital platforms available today, it's not uncommon to manage multiple accounts, perhaps tied to different email addresses. It's possible that you've inadvertently created more than one Ellty account, each with its distinct preferences and potential subscriptions. Ensure that the charge isn't associated with a secondary Ellty account you might have established.

Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

Being in command of your subscription settings is paramount. You can always review, modify, or even cancel your subscription if needed:
