How to cancel your subscription

Your control over your Ellty subscription is our top priority. Whether you're using a desktop computer or accessing Ellty via a mobile browser, we've made the cancellation process straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:

From a Computer

  1. Open your preferred browser and go to the Ellty website. Sign in using your credentials.

  2. After logging in, click on your profile icon or name, typically located at the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, choose Settings.

  3. Within Settings, click on the Subscription tab to view your current subscription details.

  4. In this section, find and click on Cancel Subscription or a similar option. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the cancellation.

From a Mobile Browser

  1. Launch your mobile browser and visit the Ellty website.

  2. Sign in to your Ellty account.

  3. Tap on the burger icon ( represented by three horizontal lines) to reveal the main menu.

  4. After the menu expands, tap on your profile icon or name.

  5. From here, select Settings or a comparable option.

  6. Go to the Subscription section. Tap on Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Note: After the cancellation, you'll continue to enjoy Ellty Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle. Once this cycle finishes, your account will revert to the standard Ellty version.
