Why Automatic Renewal?
Automatic renewal ensures continuous access to Ellty Pro features. You won’t need to remember renewal dates or undergo the payment process again. This means more time for your creative pursuits.
How It Works
When you first subscribe to Ellty Pro, your subscription is set to renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle, be it monthly or yearly.
The payment method you provided during the initial subscription will be automatically charged on the renewal date.
Managing Your Subscription
To change your subscription settings:
First, navigate to the Account Settings on Ellty.
Next, proceed to the Subscription tab.
In this section, you'll find options to manage your subscription, including a button to cancel the automatic renewal if you wish to do so.
Notifications. Before any renewal charge is processed, we'll send you a reminder via email. This ensures you're always in the loop and can make any desired changes before the renewal happens.
Cancellation
If you ever decide that Ellty Pro isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription anytime. To do this, follow the steps mentioned in the Managing Your Subscription section.
Please be aware that refunds for subscription charges are possible, but subject to specific conditions. We encourage you to review our refund criteria to determine if your case qualifies for a refund.
