Here's a guide to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Check Your Payment Status

Before diving into troubleshooting steps, ensure that your payment was successful:

  1. Review the email associated with your Ellty account for any payment confirmation messages.

  2. Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm the charge from Ellty.

Multiple Ellty Accounts

It's not uncommon for users to have multiple Ellty accounts, sometimes without realizing it. Ensure that you're logged into the correct account associated with the Pro subscription. If you've accidentally subscribed using a different account, reach out to our support for assistance.

Refresh Your Account
