New Purchases. If you have recently purchased a Pro plan and decide it's not right for you, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
Automatic Renewals. For automatic renewals of your subscription, you also have a 14-day window to request a refund. However, the key condition here is that you have not created one or more designs after renewal. Content creation indicates the use of the service, which makes the purchase non-refundable.
