Why was my plan automatically renewed?
Updated over a week ago

At Ellty, our primary goal is to offer users an uninterrupted and seamless design experience. This includes ensuring continuous access to the premium features and tools you value. By default, our subscription plans incorporate an automatic renewal feature.

Here's a breakdown to help you grasp this mechanism:

Benefits of Automatic Renewal

The automatic renewal system guarantees consistent access to Ellty Pro's advanced features. This setup eliminates the need to remember renewal dates or undergo repeated payment procedures. Instead, you can concentrate on your design endeavors, confident in the knowledge that your premium access remains intact.

How Automatic Renewal Functions

Upon your initial subscription to Ellty Pro, whether you opt for a monthly or yearly cycle, your subscription is set to renew automatically at the billing cycle's conclusion. To ensure seamless service, the payment method you furnished during your initial subscription will be charged on the renewal date.

Managing Renewal Settings and Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to alter or deactivate the automatic renewal feature:

  1. Go to Account Settings on Ellty.

  2. Access the Subscription tab.

Within this section, you'll find options related to your subscription, including how to manage the automatic renewal setting. Additionally, you can cancel your subscription here, ensuring no future automatic charges occur.

Advance Renewal Notifications

In the spirit of transparency, we dispatch a pre-renewal reminder via email. This communication ensures you remain informed of impending charges, providing an opportunity to enact any desired changes or cancellations ahead of the renewal.

We're committed to delivering a hassle-free experience at Ellty. With the automatic renewal feature, your design journey persists without hitches, while we handle administrative particulars on your behalf.
